  1. Prepare 5 of eggs.
  2. It's 16 oz of jimmy dean sausage.
  3. It's 5 slice of pre cooked bacon.
  4. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  5. It's 1 pinch of pepper.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of butter.
  7. It's 1 of santinos tortilla chips.
  8. It's 1/2 lb of Velveeta cheese.
  9. Prepare 5 1/2 oz of fritos jalapeno cheese dip.

Breakfast Nachos instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a pan set on medium-high.
  2. Place bacon in the microwave on 45 seconds.
  3. Put a pinch of salt and pepper in eggs and mix them.
  4. Add butter into a warm skillet.
  5. Scramble the eggs.
  6. While scrambling the eggs mix Velveeta cheese with jalapeno cheese dip and microwave 5 min. or until melted.
  7. Stir cheese in 30 sec increments.
  8. Use 2%milk if cheese becomes too thick.
  9. Mix sausage and eggs, then break the bacon up into small or medium-sized pieces and mix it all together.
  10. Put sausage, bacon, & egg on top of the chips and layer with cheese mix.
